The short version
We don't run advertising or tracking cookies on this site, we don't have analytics scripts watching you, and we never sell or rent anyone's data. The only personal information we hold is what you deliberately hand us — like an email address when you ask for a report.
Browsing this site
onbrand.online is served by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes standard request data — your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request — to deliver and secure the site. We see aggregate, server-side traffic numbers; we don't profile individual visitors.
The accessibility scanner
When you scan a URL at onbrand.online/accessibility-scan:
- The URL you submit and its scan results are cached for up to 24 hours so repeat requests don't re-scan the same page.
- Your IP address is used transiently for rate limiting and daily scan quotas; those counters expire automatically within about a day.
- Scans run on our servers against the URL you provide — scan a site you're authorized to test.
Email reports and follow-ups
If you ask us to email you a report, we store your email address, the URL you scanned, and a summary of the results, and we use them to send your report — plus at most one human follow-up from Josh. No drip campaigns, no list rental, no spam. Want your details deleted? Email josh@onbrand.online and it's done.
Bot protection — Cloudflare Turnstile
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies you're human without making you click traffic lights. To make that decision, Turnstile collects limited device and interaction signals. That processing is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Service providers
We keep the supply chain short: Cloudflare provides hosting, the scanning infrastructure, bot protection, and transactional email delivery. Replies to our emails land in a normal mailbox at our mail provider. That's the whole list.
Our Shopify apps
The ONBRAND app modules for Shopify handle merchant and shopper data under their own terms, shown in each app's listing and settings. The QR Codes module has a dedicated policy for people who scan codes: the QR Privacy Policy. This page covers the onbrand.online website.
Changes
If we change how this site handles data, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Material changes won't be sneaky.
